Francesca Gentle Firm Mattress

Comfortable cushioning with a reassuring, gently firm foundation.

A firm mattress can still feel welcoming. Francesca Gentle Firm layers surface cushioning over a firmer transition and a three-zone encased-coil support system. Its gentle-firm character is intended for shoppers who want a supportive bed with enough comfort at the top to settle in and relax.

Five-zone gel-infused quilting foam adds contouring at the surface, while the layered foams and encased coils provide structure beneath it. The high-density perimeter is another detail worth testing when you sit down or move closer to the side. At 13.5 inches tall, Francesca also gives you a substantial profile to consider with your existing bed frame.

Why shoppers should try it

  • A gently firm feel: Cushioning layers soften the first contact while a firmer transition contributes to the underlying feel.
  • Zoned support: The three-zone encased-coil system reinforces the center third and responds independently to movement.
  • A reinforced perimeter: High-density edge support adds structure around the outside of the mattress.

What to feel in the showroom

Try both Francesca comfort levels. Spend time on your back and side, then check the sitting height with the foundation you intend to use. Our staff can help you compare the complete setup.

Choose your size and setup
